Received an email to pick up my order (order had been placed six weeks prior and it was to be used as a wedding band). When we arrived to pick it up, the order could not be located. The employee did her best to troubleshoot but it was not located in the store. We left, then got a call approximately ten minutes later that it was located. The product we then received was damaged. Upon pointing this out we were informed they would send it for repairs “free of cost” (which seemed strange to us as this was newly ordered and we had just picked it up. We asked for a copy of the receipt showing it had been picked up and sent for repairs. However we didn’t receive it. Followed up and asked to speak to the manager, we were connected with Natalie who was rather dismissive when hearing about how disappointed we were with the damaged product. Natalie confirmed the product was damaged and it was due to the casting process. Due the time crunch of our wedding, they suggested we keep the damaged ring and return it to be repaired after the wedding. We requested a new ring be made rather than repairs to the damaged ring. We were told it could take up to four weeks. There was no form of communication following this. When we followed with Natalie four weeks later we were told it takes eight weeks for a new ring. We received a message approximately five weeks after the initial pickup date saying the new ring was ready. When we picked it up and swapped it with the damaged ring, no apology was made, there was once again no confirmation or proof of purchase/exchange/damage. The staff working in the store were friendly and tried to be helpful but overall we had a terrible experience purchasing from here. It felt like we were pressed to accept a damaged product throughout the entire process. Minimal apology was made for the mistake (we understand mistakes happen) but there was next to no customer service post error, and we regret ordering a piece for our special day from here.

My wife had a really specific style of ring in mind. When we found this site, it was less than a month before our special day, so I decided to just stop in the store after work. The staff was friendly, patient and offered so much guidance and support. She put the order in as a rush and the turn around time was even sooner than expected.
