I bought it for my niece and she loved it but I loved the customer service. I wanted it to come with a gift card and after the initial one had a spelling mistake and I called and asked for another blank card to be sent. They sent over several and a cleaning kit in a timely manner to make up for the fact of the original mistake and the time I had to spend to correct it. I appreciate that greatly. It shows a respect for their customers. Now I know where to get all future gifts for my niece. Everyone's happy!
