at bluboho, we take great pride and care in quality control – each and every piece we make is inspected rigorously by our experienced team of jewellers. within the first year of purchase, we offer one complimentary resize where resizing is possible. if we determine a repair issue is due to a manufacturing defect, bluboho will cover any repair or replacement fees, and will replace side or accent diamonds that may go missing as a result. our wedding and engagement jewelry come with lifetime cleaning, yearly ‘prong check ups’ and hugs!
please note that our warranty does not cover lost jewelry or jewelry that has been handled by third-party jewellers. our warranty excludes damage that occurs due to daily wear and tear and/or negligence. international orders are not eligible for warranty coverage or repair services at this time. at bluboho we work tirelessly to ensure that our pieces are made to be worn and last, and we stand behind the quality of our pieces. if a damage occurs, we offer a two-year warranty from the date of purchase on any manufacturing defects.
