This is my second purchase from bluboho. I love how delicate and unique this ring is! Originally since I ordered online, I couldn't pick out the exact ring, and the one that came had a bold yellow sapphire that I wasn't too fond of. However, the description does state there are other colour sapphires that could be included - I was just hoping I would be lucky and they would mostly be blue! So I reached out to ask customer service if I could exchange it for another, and they were so kind and helpful. They sent photos and even a couple videos of the two ring options they had in stock for me to choose from, to exchange for the one I didn't love. I received the new ring I picked out and I am so happy with it! It is absolutely gorgeous (and more blue), and Shira & Steph of the guest experience team were so helpful. My new favourite jewellery store :) Because each version of this ring is unique, I would definitely suggest reaching out to customer service if you are ordering online and want to see the options before placing an order.
