as our social media coordinator, you will be the voice and vision of bluboho across all digital platforms. you’ll lead the creation, scheduling, and management of social content that inspires our community, builds connection, and elevates the guest experience, all while aligning with our core values and mission.
what you’ll be doing

act as the voice of bluboho across instagram, tiktok, pinterest, facebook, youtube shorts, linkedin, and emerging platforms.

create and manage a strategic content calendar aligned to campaigns, launches, and seasonal storytelling.

ideate, film, edit, and publish short-form video content (reels, tiktoks, stories, shorts) that brings our jewelry, rituals, and values to life.

design and publish high-quality static and carousel posts, ensuring consistent visuals and storytelling.

monitor trends, audio, hashtags, and cultural conversations to keep bluboho’s content timely and relevant.

engage with our digital community: respond to comments and messages, interact with like-minded creators, and nurture relationships with guests and influencers.

support influencer partnerships, giveaways, and collaborations, from outreach through tracking and reporting.

create weekly and monthly performance reports (engagement, reach, growth, conversions) and share actionable insights with the team.

collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, retail, and design teams to ensure brand alignment across all channels.

contribute to the planning and execution of seasonal photo + video shoots, ensuring content captures both product and emotion.

experiment with new formats and platforms, always looking for ways to innovate and expand our digital footprint.
what you’ll bring

2+ years in a social media role for a lifestyle, fashion, or jewelry brand (agency or in-house).

a strong understanding of all major social platforms (instagram, tiktok, pinterest, youtube shorts, linkedin).

proven ability to create and edit short-form video and visual content that drives engagement.

excellent written communication skills with a knack for romantic, educational, and engaging captions.

familiarity with analytics tools (meta business suite, tiktok analytics, google analytics, later, etc.) and ability to report on performance.

awareness of current and upcoming trends in digital culture, social platforms, and e-commerce marketing.

strong organizational skills: able to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
