We get it, something may not have been the perfect gift and we want to make sure you get something you love. Please read below for our holiday exchange policy that begins online and in stores starting November 12th, 2020. 

Online Orders

For all online ordrers made on or after November 12th, 2020 until December 24th, are eligable for exchange or store credit until January 15th, 2021. Your piece(s) must remain unworn and in new condition. 

In order to process your online exchange, please contact guestexperience@bluboho.com with your order number. 

In store purchases

For all in store purchases on or after November 12th, 2020 until December 24th, are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 8th, 2021. Your piece(s) must remain unworn and in new condition.  At the time of exchange, the original receipt or gift receipt must accompany your item(s). 

Please note, we cannot exchange or provide a store credit for finale sale items, including: gift cards, earrings, beloved engagement rings and engraved pieces.
