eCommerce Operations Coordinator

As the E-commerce Coordinator, your role is a combination of guest experience and operations, while understanding how the two are directly linked in creating consistent results. This role requires a passion for organization and a great deal of sense of urgency. You understand that producing results with your team will require strong collaboration with a focus on the daily running and functionality of our website.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Inventory management; ie inventory counts, weekly cycle counts and restocking lists, weekly merchandising of collections and homepage
  • Weekly cycle counts to ensure proper stock levels and communicate all discrepancies to your Digital Marketing Manager
  • Product profile management; creating new profiles, updating and reviewing older product, ship date management
  • Facilitate restock dates with production lead
  • Communicate low-stock, re-order and purchase order issues with production lead
  • Communicate with the Digital Marketing Manager on weekly product focuses to ensure proper inventory levels
  • Check quality, quantity and accuracy of incoming inventory, with a strong focus on high and consistent quality
  • SEO and Keyword searches to ensure optimal product titles and descriptions; this information is a collaborative effort with your digital team to ensure optimal results
  • Market research; to optimize our guest experience and operations
  • Order fulfillment and Logistics; ensure they are sent with a sense of urgency and efficiency, outstanding orders are communicated with production to ensure deadlines are met; manage chargebacks and product exchanges, special orders
  • monitor progress of orders and identify opportunities while proactively addressing and resolving alongside your team to ensure the guest experience is always top of mind
  • Supplies and shipment packaging management
  • You are the epitome of what it means to deliver the best experience through our digital channels; you are aware of who the top digital guests are, follow up with those who have not returned and know when to surprise and delight
  • You and your team are responding to facebook messenger, emails, phone calls and text messages in a timely manner during operating hours
  • Abandoned carts are managed and followed up within 48 hours

  • You are working through your team by delegating day to day tasks with clear expectations and follow up; you do this at your daily stand up meetings

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 2 years e-commerce and retail experience with the shopify platform Proficiency in SEO and Keyword searches
  • Google Analytics background
  • Proficiency in MS-Office Suite (word, excel, powerpoint, access, project)
  • Solid business planning, test planning, rollout, execution and project management
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Experience in managing multiple partners and providers to tight deadlines and measuring performance
  • Daily touch-base with the team
  • Quality control experience in jewelry, fashion or related industry
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Able to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Work with a strong sense of urgency and personal responsibility
