    our online store is rapidly growing and we are looking for entrepreneurial ecommerce connectors who will take the store to new heights.

    what you’ll be doing

    • create an online guest experience that is welcoming and that will cultivate long-lasting & meaningful relationships with our guests & community
    • drive sales and overall store success by working towards reaching daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
    • fulfilling online orders with love and care, accurately and in a timely manner
    • attend training and further development meetings
    • execute weekly and daily remerchandizing in the online store that are results driven
    • liaise and communicate with other departments on a daily basis
    • maintain cleanliness within the store, including display cases, floor, glass and most importantly the jewelry
    • effectively communicate bluboho’s mission and vision to your team and guests alike
    • perform other duties as required

    • 1-2 years sales or guest experience
    • flexibility to work weekends and holidays
    • work store-wide events and store inventory counts
    • work efficiently as a team and independently
    • strong planning and execution skills
    • a strong sense of priority and attention to detail
    • dedicated to high levels of a great guest experience
    • ability to work in a fast paced environment, meeting tight deadlines with the ability to prioritize
